Accepted payment methods

Our store uses Shopify Payments as its primary payment processor. The payment methods available for your order are displayed securely at checkout. Availability can vary depending on your location, currency, device, and eligibility.

Payment authorization

When you submit an order, your chosen payment method may be authorized to confirm that sufficient funds are available. Your order is accepted only after payment approval and our order confirmation.

Secure checkout

Payment details are entered through Shopify's secure checkout. PawGether™ does not receive your full card details. Please make sure that the billing information you provide is accurate and matches the information held by your payment provider.

Prices, taxes, and charges

The total amount payable, including any applicable shipping charges, taxes, and discounts, is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Your payment provider may apply currency-conversion or other fees; these charges are outside PawGether™'s control.

Order confirmation

After a successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout. Please review the confirmation carefully and contact us promptly if you notice an error.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible and are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. The time it takes for a refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Payment issues and fraud prevention

We may contact you for additional information if a payment cannot be verified or if an order appears unusual. To protect customers and our business, we reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that we reasonably believe may be unauthorized, fraudulent, or in violation of applicable law.
